Most customers approach me seeking help with diverse development challenges. Sometimes challenges are very specific. Sometimes they are broad or multidimensional. This is the reason why I propose multidisciplinary services. Applying complementary tools and perspectives, my approach is both holistic and thorough. The people development service portfolio covers certified methodologies, proven skills and international & local experience, delivered with people passion and dedication to your success.

I approach each customer engagement with an open mind and open heart. An initial interview reveals both the nature of the challenge and the objectives for the required intervention. Only then do I propose a combination of specific strategies and interventions…and only those that are well aligned, with a high likelihood of success, and also match your preferences.

The following is a summary of the multidisciplinary services, frameworks and methodologies that I offer… with the sole objective of tapping your potential, unlocking lasting well-being & life balance, and facilitating performance & success for yourself, your team or your organization.

MBTI – superior work & life alignment through self-awareness

Infinitive MindLife -Multidisciplinary Services - Life Alignment

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments and range of workshops build awareness and understanding of self & others, by looking at the natural psychological differences and preferences of people. Essentially, these sessions help answer the question of ‘WHY’ people think and act differently and the way these dynamics influence leadership, teamwork, conflict, communication, change, stress and many other performance related factors.

MBTI is a powerful and widely used personality framework which aims to help people do better in both their jobs and personal life. Among the many benefits are improved self-awareness & self-management, communication with others, decision making, teamwork and organization skills.

MBTI tackles the common performance challenges from a different angle to conventional skills-based trainings. It is therefore entirely complementary to, and even reinforces, other development initiatives. For this reason, and for more comprehensive or longer-term initiatives I may propose an MBTI assessment and an introduction to personality type.

Coaching – get unstuck, then stay on track towards the right goals

Infinitive MindLife -Multidisciplinary Services - Stay on Track

Coaching is a dynamic approach to help people achieve positive change, and to set and achieve goals. It is broadly characterized by an ongoing process, by goal setting, and the ‘socratic’ approach of asking questions for coachees to generate their own insights, by a belief in people’s inherent development potential and other characteristics.

There are many different coaching approaches, and the practice is influenced by a multitude of other related disciplines such as psychology, philosophy, counseling, learning theory, change theory and many others.

I use various coaching methodologies. As opposed to bringing our analysis and opinions, I invite the coachee to present his or her own areas of concern, and if required, help them clarify priorities…for who they want to be, how they want to live and work, and how the coach and the intervention can help them get onto this path.

Coaching can be one-on-one, or with a team.

Apollo Career Profile – focused insights for career success

Infinitive MindLife -Multidisciplinary Services - Focus for Career Success

Developed in 1994, the Apollo Career Profile is an assessment tool devised to help individuals, businesses and organizations make successful decisions in the recruitment process and in career development. It’s a psychometric personality test providing a personalized report that can give individuals and organizations insight on thirty-four factors that are commonly seen as contributing to career success.

Apollo reveals the ‘WHAT’ of a performance improvement and role alignment program, i.e. an understanding of which managerial and performance areas need to be addressed. The insights from this assessment are useful to take deliberate actions for self-development, performance management, team building and other career and job-related improvement initiatives.

It’s also a great way to start a highly relevant conversation between the manager and the coach about the pertinent dynamics of the person and their performance, in an objective yet positive and supportive manner.

The objectives of the Apollo Assessment are to:

  • benchmark the manager against other successful executives and leaders
  • give an objective assessment of how the manager is shaping up in his role
  • reveal areas of success and suitability as well as those in need of improvement
  • create a shared understanding of development needs as well as actions to be embraced (usually during the coaching period that follows)
